UNITS OF INQUIRY
Units of Inquiry
The units of inquiry are central to CWA’s enriched curriculum. Our faculty members develop and improve the school’s Programme of Inquiry on an on-going basis.
Units of inquiry last between 4-8 weeks; are cross-curricular; require rigorous participation by the students; often embrace field experience; and frequently include cooperative planning/teaching between the teacher and experts in the field of study.
Each unit of inquiry identifies a central idea dealing with a larger concept. In turn, this concept is broken down into specific lines of inquiry.
